1. About SabjiWalla

SabjiWalla is a farm-to-home fresh vegetable delivery service operated by TAFF Network, delivering to select areas in Noida. We source vegetables directly from our own farms and deliver to your doorstep.

2. Orders & Delivery

• Minimum order is 8 KG per delivery.
• We deliver to Sector 135, 137, 142, 143, and 150 in Noida.
• Deliveries are made between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if delivery is not feasible to your area.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We accept online payments via Razorpay and Cash on Delivery.
• Prices may change without prior notice but confirmed orders are honoured at checkout price.
• Subscription plans are prepaid and non-transferable.

4. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are prepaid for the full plan duration at time of purchase.
• Customers may skip a week with advance notice — credits will be carried forward.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated unless there is a service failure on our part.

5. Quality & Returns

• We guarantee fresh, farm-quality vegetables on every delivery.
• Report issues within 2 hours of delivery with a photograph.
• Valid complaints resolved by replacement or credit to your account.

6. Loyalty Points & Referrals

• Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Points expire 365 days from the date of earning.
• Referral rewards credited only after referred customer places their first order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of SabjiWalla / TAFF Network and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
