When You're Eligible for Replacement
- Vegetables received are visibly damaged, rotten, or of unacceptable quality
- Wrong items delivered
- Order not delivered at all
- Significantly short weight (verified by photo)
How to Raise a Request
- Report within 2 hours of delivery
- Send a photo to +91 87967 00551 on WhatsApp
- Or use the Return Request form on your order tracking page
- Include your Order ID and description of the issue
How We Resolve It
- Replacement — Delivered on your next delivery day
- Store Credit — Added to your account for use on next order
- Refund — For online paid orders where replacement is not possible, refunded within 5–7 business days
Subscriptions
- Subscription payments are non-refundable once activated
- If we fail to deliver on a scheduled day, a credit is added to your subscription
⚠️ We cannot process requests raised after 2 hours of delivery for perishable items.
