❌ Cancellation Policy
We want every SabjiWalla experience to be fresh and hassle-free. Here's everything you need to know about cancellations and refunds.
🛒 Order Cancellations
- You may cancel a Pending order at any time before it is confirmed, directly from your Order History page.
- Once an order is Confirmed or Out for Delivery, it cannot be cancelled online. Please call us immediately at 8796700551 and we will do our best to help.
- Orders that have been Delivered are non-cancellable.
- Last order time is 11:30 PM for next-day delivery. Orders placed after this are accepted but pushed to the next evening slot.
💰 Refunds
- Online payments on cancelled orders are refunded within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking).
- COD (Cash on Delivery) orders that are cancelled before dispatch incur no charge whatsoever.
- If you received damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
- Refund processing times may vary by bank. Razorpay will send you an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
📅 Subscription Cancellations
- Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time from your Account page — no questions asked.
- Pausing your subscription holds your remaining delivery credits until you resume.
- Unused subscription credits are non-refundable but remain valid until the subscription expiry date.
- If you wish to cancel a subscription and request a refund for a significant number of unused credits, please email us at orders@sabjiwalla.co.in within 7 days of purchase and we will review your case.
⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations
- Cancellation requests made after delivery is completed.
- Damage reported more than 24 hours after delivery without photographic evidence.
- Orders cancelled due to incorrect address provided by the customer (delivery charges may apply).
- Subscription credits that have already been redeemed against delivered orders.
